FRIENDS AND FAMILY  TEST

The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience.

From 1st December 2014, it is a contractual requirement that all GP practices undertake the NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT). We would like your feedback on the care or treatment we give you anytime you visit your GP or contact the Practice.

You can say what you think without giving your name; we will use this anonymous information to help plan improvements to our services. You will be asked six questions please pass your responses to reception or complete form on our website.

You can access the form to leave the feedback by clicking this link Westway FFT form

NURSE PRACTITIONER

Westway Medical Centre welcomes Amanda Richards’s nurse practitioner who has joined our health care team. She is able to assess, diagnose and treat patients. When necessary, and appropriate, she will prescribe medication.
