Home Blood Pressure Monitoring
Monitor your blood pressure at home for seven days.
Patients can loan a blood pressure monitor from our reception desk for a refundable deposit of £10.00 (cash only). This deposit will be fully refunded upon the monitor's return in good condition.
Please note that our blood pressure monitors are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and at times, all devices may be in use. We kindly ask that patients call back another time to check availability if needed.
Our team is here to assist with any questions on using the device to help you monitor your blood pressure effectively at home.
Patient Reminder
When loaning BP machines patients enter into a contract with the following Terms and Conditions;
- The equipment is supplied for the maximum period detailed above and is due to be returned on or before the date specified. The equipment is to be used only for the specific use of the patient named above.
- The Practice will keep the equipment in good condition and in a good state of repair and will be in full working order prior to issue. The patient in accepting the equipment warrants that they have home or personal insurance in force to cover loss or damage (including accidental damage) to the equipment in the home under their control, on a “new for old” basis.
- The patient agrees that in the event of such loss or damage arising, they will immediately inform the Practice, if the BP Machine is lost or damaged, patient will lose their deposit.
- The patient agrees to make the deposit specified above, which will be refunded in full if the equipment is returned in good order, by the date specified above (excluding fair wear and tear.
- The Patient is responsible for the return of the equipment by the due date without reminder and must obtain a signed receipt by a member of staff on their copy of this agreement as evidence that the item has been returned. This remains the patients’ responsibility.
